Use webmail
Roundcube webmail lets you read and send email in a browser without configuring an email application first. Open webmail from the OS Cloud panel or through your domain's mail address, for example https://mail.yourdomain.com.
- Open webmail from the OS Cloud panel or visit your domain's mail address.
- Confirm that the browser shows a valid HTTPS connection.
- Sign in with your complete email address and the mailbox password.
- After signing in for the first time, send a test message to an external address and reply to it.
Use webmail safely
- Prefer a personal, up-to-date device.
- Do not allow the browser to save the mailbox password on a shared or public device.
- Sign out after use and close every browser window.
- Do not open unexpected links or attachments before verifying the sender.
- Never share the mailbox password with support.
Troubleshooting
- Sign-in fails: check the complete email address and change the email password if required.
- Webmail does not open: review the DNS and SSL configuration for
mail.yourdomain.com, or open webmail from the panel. - Sending fails: record the exact error and test a message without a large attachment.
- Messages are missing in another app: check whether that app uses IMAP rather than a POP3 configuration that moves messages locally.
For daily use on multiple devices, add the mailbox to an email client or Gmail.
