Users
You can invite developers, designers, or other team members to collaborate on a project within OS Cloud — whether it's an in-house team, an external agency, or independent freelancers.
Each invited user gets a specific role and permission level, so access stays secure and well-organised. The account owner always retains full administrative control and cannot be removed.
Roles and permissions
There are two available roles. Each has its own level of access:
| Role | Access |
|---|---|
| Super Administrator | Full access to all resources within the account — emails, integrations, logs, and all associated websites. |
| Collaborator | Restricted access to specific websites. Can manage files, databases, security settings, and related functions, but only for the assigned site(s). |
The Collaborator role is ideal for teams managing multiple projects under a single account.
Invite a user
- In the left sidebar, go to Users.
- Click Invite User in the top-right corner.
- Fill in the user's details.
- Select the appropriate role.
- Click Invite to send the invitation.
Once invited, the user must click the link in the invitation email to set up their account. Invitations automatically expire after about 10 days.
