Mailbox

A mailbox lets you send, receive, and manage email messages tied to your domain.


Create a mailbox

  1. Go to the Emails↗ section in the sidebar.
  2. Click Add Account in the top-right corner.
  3. Choose your email address and domain.
  4. Select an account type.
  5. Set the mailbox size (maximum 1 GB).
  6. Create a username and password.
A 1 GB mailbox is enough for thousands of emails without attachments. The Essential Plan includes 3 mailboxes; higher plans include more. If your business frequently sends or receives large files, we recommend upgrading to Google Workspace or ProtonMail for additional storage and advanced features.

Change the password

  1. Go to your mailbox in the Emails↗ section and click Reset.
  2. Enter your new password. It must meet these requirements:
    • At least one lowercase letter
    • At least one uppercase letter
    • At least one number
    • At least one special character
    • Minimum of 10 characters
  3. Click Save to apply the change.
If your email is set up on other devices (phone, tablet, mail client), update the password there as well. Otherwise, you'll stop receiving new emails on those devices.
